HOME SEARCH SERVICE - COST $2000

Introducing our Home Search Package, designed to your property journey.

We start with a 30 minute CONNECTION call to discover your needs and explore suitable suburbs. Once you book your call, you will receive essential documents to complete allowing us to conduct a thorough property search, even for off-market listings thank you to our established relationship with COASTAL and LJ-HOOKER, Gold Coast.

We provide video tours and summaries of properties, handle applications on your behalf, and coordinate with Real Estate Agents to ensure a seamless experience, including key collection.

Here’s a concise overview of your Home Search Service fees:

- The total for our Home Search Service is $2000 + GST, structured in three instalments.

- You will make an initial payment of $500 + GST at the beginning of the package, followed by $1500 + GST when we start viewing homes upon securing your rental (6 viewings included)

SINGLE VIEWING SERVICE - COST $250

Introducing our Single Property Viewing service, perfect for those who have pinpointed their desired location and found a property that needs a closer look. This service includes a thorough call or email exchange to gather all necessary details about the property, a comprehensive viewing and inspection conducted on your behalf, and a detailed summary of the inspection along with photos and videos when permitted by the Real Estate Agent. For just $250 + GST per property, let us help you make informed decisions from afar

HOME CO-ORDINATOR SERVICE - COST $80PH

Discover our comprehensive package that ensures the seamless delivery of your household items, including white goods and home furniture. We prioritize efficiency and care, making your move as smooth as possible. Trust us to handle belongings with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Let us take the stress out of your delivery needs! Starting from $80 + GST

SUBSCRIPTION BOOK/RUN CLUB - COST $50 PER ANNUM

All our members are able to attend our FREE monthly meet ups for all the family, including specific Mama ONLY meet ups in and around the Gold Coast, supporting the mental health and wellbeing of expat mothers.

Many relocation agencies promise community with their package, however this is reliant on their remote relocation agent to manage and feedback/testimonials suggest that the community element promised is not always delivered.

Mamas Down Under have an established relationships with local real estate agents and have agreements in place to view off market properties which makes the application process more streamlined due to the competitive rental crisis within Australia currently.

We also include e-book, detailing everything you need to know before making the move down under. This e-book has detailed information of your new suburb to the best bank to open a current account account with. This e-book is provided as well as a welcome hamper upon securing your new property. Mamas Down Under are able to co-ordinate your arrival and either meet you at your new property when you arrive, airport key drop off as well as offering you the HOME CO-ORDINATION package supporting you in the delivery of your goods prior to you arriving.
